Even if he says he won’t come in your mouth when you’re giving him oral sex, you can still catch a disease. So play safe, get him to wear a condom.

Fantasising about my girlfriend’s best friend
“I’ve never felt so guilty in my life,” says Anmol. He’s been with his girlfriend for two years but lately he’s found himself fantasising about her best friend.
“I don’t want to mess up my relationship over something like this but I really don't know how to get her friend out of my mind,” says Anmol. “I’m turned on every time I’m around her.”

Circumcision: the hidden sex problems
“For me, intercourse is a thing of the past.” A comment from a Love Matters reader who blames his sex problems on circumcision.
Circumcised men and their partners have more orgasm trouble, Love Matters reported. In response we received a string of comments from readers who recognised the problem. It’s a hidden complication for cut men, says Dutch expert Gert van Dijk.

“Over a period of twenty years or so, I noticed that orgasm took longer and longer,” the anonymous Love Matters reader goes on, “until 2006 when I could not orgasm even after an hour of thrusting (if she could tolerate it).”
Another older reader has just the same story. “By the age of 40, I noticed that sex was less enjoyable,” he says, “and now at the age of 60+ I can no longer orgasm when I have intercourse, even after an hour of thrusting. So we don't have it any more.”
It’s a hidden price men pay for being circumcised, says Gert van Dijk, ethics specialist at the Royal Dutch Medical Society (KNMG).
"Cut men have to thrust hard and fast to enjoy sex. Intact men move in a much more gentle, rhythmic way. Yes, I can come with a cut guy, but it's not easy and sex often hurts."
Less sensitive
“There are lots of medical problems with circumcision,” he says. “And they are at different stages of life. It’s often said that circumcision has very few complications. But it’s only if you look at the very short term.”
When boys and men are circumcised properly, short-term complications like bleeding and infections are very rare, and usually minor, Mr Van Dijk says.
But because there’s no more foreskin to protect the head of the penis, over the years it starts to toughen up. The penis gets less and less sensitive.
At first this can be a bonus. After all, the problem for many young men is that they climax sooner than they’d like. But eventually, the pleasure of extra-long sex can start to wane. And it affects women too.
"A circumcised penis is not better for sex. It creates longer strokes which are further away and not in sync with the woman's body and movement and makes it harder for the woman to orgasm."
Broomstick
The cliché might be that for women, sex is all over too quickly. A few quick thrusts, then the guy grunts, rolls over and starts snoring.
But that doesn’t mean that endless intercourse is the secret to pleasure. Good sex is about quality, not quantity, one woman comments on Love Matters.
“I'm done with being pounded with a broomstick,” she says.
The problem is that circumcised men need to thrust hard and fast for a long time to reach orgasm, our readers say (see boxes). And that can be downright painful for a woman.
HIV
Millions of people are circumcised every year for religious or hygiene reasons. But given all the hidden sex problems, isn’t it time for a rethink?
Not according to the World Health Organisation. Circumcision cuts the chances of a man catching the HIV virus by 60 percent, the organisation claims. The WHO officially backs circumcision as a way to fight AIDS.
"Circumcised men may brag about lasting longer but this has a negative effect on women since there is no foreskin to keep the lubrication inside the vagina, sex becomes abrasive and painful because the circumcised penis pulls the lubrication out and dries it."
Own choices
But Gert van Dijk says he doesn’t trust the scientific evidence behind this policy. Other research couldn’t find any link between circumcision and HIV prevention, he points out. A 2009 study by USAID is just one example.
What’s more, all that rough thrusting by circumcised men can make the vagina sore, Mr Van Dijk adds, and this can actually increase the woman’s chances of infection.
The Dutch medical association has come out against circumcision, angering Jewish and Muslim groups. You shouldn’t cut a healthy child unless there’s a good medical reason, the association says. People should be old enough to make their own choices before they get circumcised.
"I find myself wishing he would just hurry up. So being able to last longer - or requiring more time to be stimulated enough to orgasm - is NOT a good thing. In comparison, my orgasms with intact guys are fantastic... a slow build to serious intensity."
Awareness
Scientists who raise the downside of circumcision risk making themselves unpopular, according to Morten Frisch, the Danish researcher who told Love Matters that circumcised men have more orgasm trouble.
The HIV prevention and religious arguments in favour of circumcision dominate the debate. The sex problems are kept in the dark.
“There’s very little awareness of it,” says Gert van Dijk. “In fact there’s no awareness of it. I think it’s very important that more people know about it. I think this is a very relevant thing for people to realise before they get circumcised.”

How to get in touch

Penises are meant to have foreskin. Genitals r made 4 pleasure
http://www.cirp.org/library/sex_function/ The human foreskin is highly innervated,5 21 29 and vascularized29 sensitive erogenous tissue.6 29 It plays an important role in normal human sexual response and is necessary for normal copulatory behavior.40 An understanding of this role is now emerging in the scientific literature. Removal of the foreskin (circumcision) interferes with normal sexual function. The foreskin provides mechanical functions to facilitate intromission and penetration. Several authorities observe that the penis enters the vagina without friction as the foreskin unfolds.4 9 10 11 Taves (2002) reported that excision of the foreskin by circumcision increases the force required to penetrate by ten-fold.51 Shen et al. reported 43.1 percent of men cirumcised as adults experience difficult penetration.59 After penetration, the foreskin provides a gliding action that greatly reduces friction,4 9 11 15 41 49and vaginal dryness.27 40 50 55 Elasticity. The foreskin has a layer of smooth muscle tissue called the peripenic muscle,1 which is part of the dartos muscle.1 39 The contraction and expansion of the muscle fibers in this layer give the foreskin great elasticity and are important in erogenous sensation. Lakshmanan & Prakash report a "mosaic of muscle tissues and elastic fibres" contained between the two layers of the foreskin, which keep the foreskin snugly against in the glans penis in a close fit.15 The muscle fibres must stretch to allow the foreskin to retract over the glans and contract again when the foreskin returns to its normal forward position. The expansion and contraction of the muscle fibres during coitus allows the foreskin to stretch. The stretching deformes the Meissner corpuscles and produces sensation.68 The nerve bundles run alongside the dartos muscle.40 The stretching puts tension on the nerve endings contained within the foreskin. The nerve endings deform and generate pleasurable erotic sensations to the central nervous system and inputs to the autonomic nervous system, which plays a role in controlling erection and ejaculation.57 68 Taylor (2003) reports preliminary evidence that stretching of the foreskin produces contractions associated with ejaculation.58 Taylor reports that the ridged band of the foreskin is reflexogenic and produces contractions that result in ejaculation.68 Premature ejaculation. Lakshmanan & Prakash (1980) report that the foreskin impinges against the corona glandis during coitus.15 The foreskin, therefore, tends to protect the corona glandis from direct stimulation by the vagina of the female partner during coitus. The corona is the most highly innervated part of the glans penis.19 Zwang argues that removal of the foreskin allows direct stimulation of the corona glandis and this may cause premature ejaculation in some males.32 O'Hara & O'Hara (1999) report more premature ejaculation in circumcised male partners.41 The presence of the foreskin, therefore, may make it easier to avoid premature ejaculation, while its absence would make it more difficult to avoid premature ejaculation. Inability to ejaculate or delayed ejaculation. While some circumcised males may suffer from a tendency toward premature ejaculation, others find that they have great difficulty in ejaculating.50 The nerves in the foreskin and ridged band are stimulated by stretching,18 57 amongst other movements. If those nerves are not present, Money (1983) argues that excision of these stretch receptors by circumcision may make ejaculation take longer.18. Some circumcised males may have to resort to prolonged and aggressive thrusting to achieve orgasm Value to female partners. The foreskin has long been known to be valuable to the female partner.8 16 The presence of the foreskin is reported to be stimulating to the female.41 45 55 Women are more likely to experience vaginal dryness during sex with a circumcised partner.24 28 62 The unnatural dryness may make coitus painful and result in abrasions.28 41 50 The vaginal dryness may be mistakenly attributed to female arousal disorder
Circumcision does cause sex problems
Circumcision affects sex. It makes penetration difficult, if not painful. And most circumcised men do lose much sensation and are unable to orgasm when they get older and this happens because the head progressively desensitizes. Because circumcision removes the movable skin, sex becomes more like thrusting a dowel in and out. The hardened coronal ridge of a circumcised man scrapes out the vaginal lubrication and abrades the vaginal walls causing increased dryness and soreness. Most women with circumcised lovers, myself included, are like "just get this over with" because their husband or lover is banging harder and longer and it is no longer enjoyable.
Yes! Circumcision causes problems!
I was circumcised as an infant because my parents are Jewish. My circumcision wound didn't close until I was 4 years old and I needed surgery to close the wound. I later had two more surgeries so I could urinate properly because the scar tissue from my circumcision blocked my urethra. I can't have an erection without pain because I don't have enough skin on my penis. My wife and I have been married for almost 5 years and we've yet to have intercourse. It's been hard on our marriage but my wife has been amazing. I plan to undergo foreskin restoration in hopes to reverse some of the problems my circumcision has caused me. If my wife and I are lucky enough to be blessed with a son, we will definitely NOT be circumcising him!
Thanks for sharing your experience
We really appreciate your comments on this subject. It's not easy to talk about - but it's important to discuss all perspectives on this practice.
Germany needs Dutch help.
I am a native of Germany and was delighted about the reasonable and ethical position statement on circumcision published by the highest medical organization of one of our neighboring countries. http://knmg.artsennet.nl/Publicaties/KNMGpublicatie/Nontherapeutic-circu... Given that the Royal Dutch Medical Society (KNMG) is the only continental European medical organization which has released an official positions statement on circumcision and the Netherlands are one our neighbour, with whom we share great cultural and social similarities, a wider circulation and dissemination of the position statement would invariable have a positive effect on the situation and public opinion concerning circumcision in Germany. It would do much good to Germany's male youth if the position statement gathered more public attention and more widespread notice. However, although the KNMG released an English version alongside their Dutch version of their statement, no German languish version has been released so far, and unlike the Dutch, who are world-famous for their profound knowledge of foreign languages, and almost universally understand German and very often even speak some German, German people in general speak or understand neither Dutch nor English, and even among the minority who do most do not have sufficient enough knowledge of the English language to comprehend the position statement without any difficulty. So the languish barrier is a serious problem. Perhaps the KNGM would agree to produce an official German translation of their position statement on circumcision. This is certainly feasible and could be easily arranged Perhaps someone at Love Matters or at the RNW station could get in into contact with Mr. Gert van Dijk or any other KNGM official and request him to authorize an official German translation of the KNGM's position statement. They would certainly render the German male youth a great service. In fact I couldn't think of a more effectual way to raise awareness of this delicate issue and prevent unnecessary circumcisions in Germany Hence, I plead the KNMG to release a German languish version of their statement. Yours sincerely
I have been curcumcised for
I have been curcumcised for hygienic reasons at the age of 12-13 or so. I dont recognize myself in the supposed negative effects. In fact, i think it is positive since i dont come early and dont need a condom. Perhaps it has something to do with the size of the penis vs vagina, if the penis is too small in relation to the vagina there might be an issue. In any case, circumcision had not yet negative effects for sexual pleasure, it prolongs sexual pleasure, for both.
